Health Insurance

Health is also wealth

Sabrina Franklin of
Franklin Insurance Solutions

Franklin Insurance Solutions LLC mission is to protect and build wealth. We realize that having the ability to make money or earn a "good" living is not synonymous to building that wealth. No matter where an individual is positioned in their organizational structure, having an understanding of wealth building principles and financial products is key to getting them from where they are financially to where they ultimately want to be

Did you know you can have health insurance as an individual?

To be eligible to enroll in Marketplace Health Insurance, you must live in the U.S., be a U.S. citizen or national (or be lawfully present), and not be incarcerated. If you have Medicare coverage, you’re not eligible to use the Marketplace to buy a health or dental plan. Access to affordable and comprehensive health insurance is critical and can help you receive medical treatment at a lower cost than paying out of pocket

  • ACA (Affordable Care Act) Plans offer individuals and families with affordable healthcare if they qualify for subsidies based on their income and household size. There are no pre-existing condition limitations.

  • Short-Term Insurance plans provide coverage during life transitions to cover expenses such as diagnostic physician visits, emergency room treatment, hospital stays, surgery, intensive care and more.  Plans can cover from 6 to 24 months.  Pre-existing conditions will not be covered.

  • MEC Plans are low-cost, flexible plans designed to comply with ACA mandate of Minimum Essential Coverage.  MEC preventative benefits are covered at 100%.  Office Visits, Urgent Care, Lab & X-Rays are all member copays if offered in the MEC plan.  MEC plans generally do not cover hospitalization, but may be paired with hospital indemnity plans.

  • Medicare is a federal health insurance program open to people who are 65 or older and younger individuals with certain disabilities.
