Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We take pride in delivering every product with care, intention, and excellence. Each order represents a step toward rebuilding Black homeownership and generational wealth, so we make sure your blueprint arrives safely and on time.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Ground Home Trackable 9–11 business days

Priority Mail Trackable 9–11 business days

Expedited Shipping Trackable 6–8 business days

Express Shipping Trackable 5–7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or high-volume periods (such as holidays or launches).

At this time, we only ship domestically within the United States. International shipping options will be added soon as we continue to expand globally.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a follow-up email with tracking information once it ships.

Return & Exchange Policy

Physical handbooks may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it sealed and undamaged.

  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To start a return, please contact us at hello@thequeenblueprint.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address.

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used handbooks

  • Digital products or unlocked video lessons

  • Pre-orders after they have shipped

We currently do not offer exchanges. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@thequeenblueprint.com so we can make it right.
