Through our handbooks, financial planners, and mindset journals, we equip everyday people with royal-level education to move from renting to ownership and from surviving to thriving.
Candace Greene is the founder and Financial Therapist behind the Queen BluePrint®. After paying off $50K in debt, maintaining an 808 FICO score, and purchasing her first home (then her first international property in Kenya), Candace created a framework to help others do the same.
Her mission: to educate and empower 500 Black women to invest in real estate globally, The Founding 500.

The Queen BluePrint® was born out of a mission to repair the wealth gap caused by centuries of financial exclusion, redlining, and economic trauma that disproportionately impacted Black families.
We believe in education that heals and builds, and anyone who values that vision is welcome to join us.

Because historically, we’ve been locked out of the very systems that create generational wealth. From enslaved labor that built the housing economy to redlining that stole access to it, the Black community’s relationship with homeownership has always been political, and powerful.
Our goal isn’t exclusion, it’s repair.

The Founding 500 are the first 500 Black women who commit to reclaiming their power through property guided by our education and global investment framework.
These women will not only buy homes, they’ll become leaders, investors, and educators in their own right. The Founding 500 represent a movement, not a membership, the foundation of a global shift in how our community builds and sustains wealth.
