Welcome to the Movement
The Queen BluePrint® is a Black Homeownership Empowerment company dedicated to rebuilding wealth, ownership, and opportunity in the Black community one household at a time.

We create transformational tools and educational systems that guide individuals from financial instability to financial independence through homeownership. Our mission is to repair the foundation of financial literacy in our communities and restore ownership as a core part of Black legacy.

Our physical products including (First-Time Homebuyer Handbooks, Financial Planners, and Money Mindset Journals) serve as gateways into deeper education and empowerment. Each product is intentionally designed to shift mindset, inspire ownership, and open access to the information and opportunities that have too often been gate kept.

At The Queen BluePrint®, we believe Black wealth starts with Black ownership. We don’t just talk about generational wealth, we build blueprints for it.

Meet Our Founder
Candace Greene is a Financial Therapist, Real Estate Educator, and International Speaker on a mission to rewrite the money story of Black homeownership.

After paying off $50,000 of debt in 2.5 years, maintaining an 808 FICO score, and purchasing her first home just six months later, Candace became living proof of what’s possible when psychology and finance meet purpose.
Within three years, she expanded her portfolio internationally, purchasing land in Kenya and helping others do the same.

Her work now spans across borders empowering the diaspora to invest, educate, and rebuild globally.
Cultural Commitment Statement
We believe homeownership is more than a financial milestone, it’s a form of reclamation.
Our mission was born from a truth too often ignored: that wealth in America was built on the backs of Black labor while locking Black families out of ownership.

We exist to change that.

Through education, mindset healing, and practical financial tools, we are restoring what was stolen; knowledge, confidence, and generational access.

Our programs, products, and partnerships are rooted in cultural consciousness and open to every person who believes in financial equity and generational repair.

We center the Black experience because it’s the blueprint for economic resilience, but our table is long, our reach is global, and our vision is collective.

We don’t just talk about wealth; we teach it, we trace it, and we transform it.
Because when one community rises, the world shifts with it.
The Founding 500
At The Queen Blueprint, our mission is simple but revolutionary.

To restore ownership in the Black community by empowering 500 Black women to invest in real estate globally.

Through education, access, and community-driven wealth building, we’re turning financial trauma into financial triumph, and rewriting the narrative of what Black ownership looks like in the 21st century.

The Founding 500 are the first 500 Black women who commit to reclaiming their power through property guided by our education and global investment framework.

These women will not only buy homes, they’ll become leaders, investors, and educators in their own right. The Founding 500 represent a movement, not a membership, the foundation of a global shift in how our community builds and sustains wealth.
