Yes.

All self bookings are 100% due upon request as you'll be adding your payment details to purchase. You will not be charged until the request is approved. It is understood that there is 50% non-refundable deposit as part of the booking.

For customizations a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to officially reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due by an agreed-upon date prior to the event. Full payment details are included in your proposal and agreement.

Absolutely. Queen is available for in-person events within the U.S. and internationally. Travel and lodging costs are typically covered by the event host and will be outlined in your proposal or you can add them to your self booking request.

Yes. Queen delivers high-energy, interactive virtual talks and workshops via platforms like Zoom, Teams, Streamyard (we can provide this at no extra cost) or your preferred virtual event platform.

Yes, upon request. Queen can join VIP meet-and-greets, Q&A sessions, or photo opportunities, depending on your event schedule and agreement.

Yes. Queen can provide journals, handbooks, and other tools as add-ons for your audience. These can be offered as part of registration, VIP upgrades, or event swag. Ask about product bundles during your discovery call or simply add them to your self booking request.

If available, a vendor table is highly recommended. Queen uses this space to continue the conversation one-on-one, offer quick consultations, and connect attendees with actionable next steps and resources.

Any required vendor fee will be deducted from the speaker fee. If self booking please let us know BEFORE you book so we can give you a promo code to discount your package price by the vendor fee amount.

To secure your preferred date, we recommend reaching out at least 6–8 weeks in advance. However, if your event is sooner, still schedule a discovery call—if there’s availability, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
